Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

 Instructions:

  1.  Mash the banana with a fork and add it to a mixing bowl. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, almond milk, maple syrup and peanut butter and whisk together. Let the batter sit for about 5-10 minutes. If the batter is too thick, simply add a little more almond milk.
  2.  Pour about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of batter in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
