
Spring Roulades
Preparation:
- Place soy big steaks in a sufficiently large bowl or casserole dish and pour boiling hot vegetable stock over them. Let soak for about 30-40 minutes, turning the soy steaks occasionally.

Prepare a vegetable broth from 1.5 litres of water and the Pacific Vegetable Broth (or any other vegetable broth!).
Cook the country filets in the broth for 10 minutes.
Then drain them on a sieve.
