1) International

We now ship internationally. If our courier can deliver to your address, live rates will be shown once your address is entered. 

Shipping fees

The cost of shipping your order to your country will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the delivery destination, the order value and weight as well as the shipping method and carrier.

In addition to the purchase price and shipping fee, you need to be aware of customs charges when shopping internationally at Vegan District. 

Customs duties and/or import taxes

When you’re buying something from abroad, there’s always the chance that customs duties or import taxes will be due. This is the case with some Vegan District orders.

The retailer doesn’t include any of these charges in its prices or shipping fees, so you’ll be responsible for paying them as the customer. If any customs charges are due, you’ll be billed directly by the carrier.

The customer assumes all responsibility to check that the products being purchased from vegandistrict.my is allowed into the customer’s country of delivery and has gathered any permit, licence or legal documentation needed to bring the product into their country. Vegandistrict.my will bear no responsibility to any order that may be confiscated by the authorities of the customer’s country for whatever reason. 

To find out if you need additional licenses or permits to import the items, please check with your local customs office.

2) Malaysia

a) KL & Selangor Same Day Delivery

Pick your preferred date and time from the time slot picker. The date and time slots will be shown for 10 days from current time and depend on availability. As we are open everyday including weekends and most public holidays, we can deliver on any day. If a time slot is not selected, we will contact you to confirm your preferred time slot and will wait for your answer before dispatching your order.

The delivery fees charged are the approximate total delivery cost of the third party delivery services that we use, such as Lalamove. As many of the products we sell are cold (chilled or frozen), we have to use fast delivery services that are able to deliver the goods within 1-2 hours from the time we dispatch the order. This ensures products are still cold and in good condition when you receive them.

We offer discounted delivery rates for order values exceeding a certain amount as shown in the table below:

In the event the discount value is greater than the original delivery charge which results in the delivery charge being RM0,  you get FREE DELIVERY! The delivery discount is automatically applied to your cart depending on your order value.

For orders above 10kg or involving certain fragile items like cupcakes, we will need to send the order by car and separate car charges will apply. Discounts will still apply as well for qualifying order amounts. 

For purchases of chilled or frozen products, ice-packs may be included at our discretion at no additional charge to reduce temperature change during transportation.

Tracking will be sent via SMS and email once the order is dispatched. Do not hesitate to contact our live chat if you do not receive your order or the tracking link after the chosen delivery time window ends. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. Once you have picked a time, it is best not to change the time. Should a change be necessary due to emergencies, we may at our discretion allow for the change in timing. 

2. Please make sure that you are at home on the delivery day to receive the products or you'll need to ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour! Please also ensure you are contactable via the mobile number provided. In the event the delivery person is not able to contact you, the parcels may be left with the security/lobby of your building or near your gate/door, so you can check there if you missed a call from the delivery person.

3. Our delivery rates are our offer rates to you and is only applicable for ONE delivery attempt. Should there be issues to deliver the order that requires a second delivery, all costs associated with the retrieval of the product and for the redelivery is to be borne by you. 

4. We shall endeavour to deliver within the picked time and date, but delays can be caused by unforeseeable circumstances such as weather and availability of couriers.

5. We cannot guarantee that any instructions provided will be followed by the delivery rider.

The pickup option

For customers who would like to collect their online orders in person, you can choose the pickup option. You can order online at your convenience and quickly swing by our outlet to pick up your order! Please do mention during the order what time and day you will be picking up your order. We can keep your order for you for a maximum of 5 days. 

Please allow about 1-2 hours for us to process your order and we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. 

Please also mention if you are planning to arrange your own delivery rider to collect the order on your behalf and wait for us to notify you when it's ready for pickup before you order a delivery rider yourself to respect the rider's time.

Pickup service is available from 11am to 6pm daily.

Last order for same day pickup is at 5pm.

b) Negeri Sembilan Same Day Delivery

c) Peninsular Malaysia: Cold Shipping

We are now able to deliver chilled/frozen products to most areas in Peninsular Malaysia.

For KL/Selangor, same day delivery service is stated in point 2(a) above. 

For areas outside KL/Selangor, we ship through our premium courier service, and in most cases, your order may arrive a day after shipping, or the 2nd or 3rd day after shipping if you're in a more remote area (including Langkawi).

We use styrofoam boxes and ice packs that stay cool for up to 48 hours so that your products arrive safely. It should be noted that frozen products may defrost in transit, depending on the distance and time taken for shipping. If the products are still frozen on arrival, you may pop them immediately in the freezer.  However, if the products are already thawed, it is advisable to keep them in the fridge and use in a few days. We are not able to guarantee that products will arrive frozen/chilled since it is up to the courier service to handle the delivery.

Dry goods ordered will be packed separately and may arrive on a different time or day as the courier tries to prioritise cold shipping.

Important: Please make sure that you are at home on the delivery day to receive the products or you'll need to ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour! Second delivery attempt would not be possible! 

Please specify delivery instructions in the notes section when you go through our online checkout. However, we cannot guarantee that any instructions provided will be followed by the courier.

Frozen/chilled orders can only be shipped by the courier from Monday to Wednesday. So, orders should be placed latest by 10am on Wednesday for same week delivery. Otherwise, shipment may be carried forward to the following week.

Delays may be caused due to public holidays. Customers will be updated via email when their parcels are scheduled to be dispatched with a tracking link.

d) Nationwide: Dry Shipping (Excludes Chilled & Frozen Items)

All dry products (not chilled & frozen items) are available for dry shipping nationwide (including East Malaysia). Products that are not suitable for dry shipping are mentioned on the product page description.

Shipping is calculated based on total weight.  

Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. For East Malaysia, it can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Tracking will be provided after the order is processed.

Free Delivery (Peninsular Malaysia Only, for orders without chilled/frozen products)

- Free delivery is offered for orders above RM150 on a single receipt. The max weight for free shipping is 5kg. For orders heavier than 5kg and above RM150, reduced shipping price applies.

Please take note that when chocolates are added to the cart, an additional charge of RM3 will apply as chocolates require special packaging. This charge is added to the total even if the customer qualifies for free delivery. If more than 10 chocolates are added to the cart, a further RM3 will be added to the delivery charge. 

No delivery over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/or Public Holidays.

Delays in delivering your order might occur due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disasters.

e) SHOPEE

If you are a frequent Shopee shopper, we have you covered! A select number of our products (non-chilled/non-frozen) are now available on the Shopee platform too.  Click here to visit our Shopee store. 

Note: If you are shipping to locations in KL & Selangor, we recommend purchasing through our website as we offer same day delivery and minimise wasteful packaging. As we are open everyday, we can send your products on any given day. Please read point 2(a) for all the details.

Shipping via Shopee's couriers may take a few days or up to one week under normal circumstances.

Please note, for all our shipping methods that are calculated based on weight, the higher of dimensional weight vs product weight is considered to determine the shipping charges. 

f) GrabMart

We also provide the option to purchase some of our products via GrabMart for those who are within Grab's delivery radius for:
