Delivery Options Available
1) Malaysia
a) KL & Selangor Same Day Delivery
Enjoy the convenience of same-day delivery to most locations in KL & Selangor, including our full range of products, from dry to frozen items. Getting your vegan haul delivered to you can't get any easier!
Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Choosing Your Delivery Time
- Date & Time Slots: Pick your preferred delivery date and time from our available slots. We offer slots for up to 10 days from the current time, subject to availability.
- Open Every Day: We operate every day, including weekends and most public holidays, so we can deliver on any day of the week.
- Changing Delivery Time: We recommend not changing your chosen time. If a change is necessary due to an emergency, we may allow a change at our discretion.
2. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees reflect the cost of third-party services, such as Lalamove, to ensure timely delivery.
- We use fast delivery services like Lalamove to ensure products, especially chilled or frozen items, remain cold (chilled or frozen) during transit. The delivery will occur within 1-2 hours from dispatch.
3. Discounted Delivery Rates
Enjoy discounted delivery fees based on your order value. The discounts are automatically applied at checkout:

- Free Delivery: If the delivery discount exceeds the original delivery charge, you get FREE DELIVERY!
- Large/Fragile Orders: Orders over 10kg or involving fragile items (e.g., cupcakes) require special handling by car and additional charges may apply. However, discounts will still be honoured for qualifying order values.
- Chilled/Frozen Products: Ice packs may be provided at our discretion at no extra charge to maintain temperature control during delivery.
4. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you'll receive email notifications with tracking details.
- To ensure you receive all updates, please add our email address hello@vegandistrict.my to your VIP Contact or Favourites in your email to avoid any missed notifications.
- If you haven't received tracking information after your chosen delivery time window, please contact us via live chat for assistance.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Be Available for Delivery: Ensure you're at the location during the delivery window. If you're unavailable, arrange for the parcel to be left with a trusted neighbour or in a safe place.
- Contactable Information: Make sure the mobile number provided is correct and you’re reachable. If the driver can’t contact you, the parcel may be left with your building's security or at your door/gate.
6. Delivery Attempts & Changes
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery rates apply to one delivery attempt only. If a second delivery attempt is needed, any associated costs will be your responsibility.
- Changing Delivery Location: If you need to change the delivery location after the order has been dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any location changes.
7. Delivery Delays & Instructions
- Delays: We aim to deliver within the chosen time window, but delays may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., weather, courier availability).
- Delivery Instructions: While we try our best to follow special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that all instructions will be followed by the delivery driver.
b) Pickup Option
For those who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer a pickup option:
- Order & Pickup: Place your order online and pick it up at your convenience from our outlet.
- Pickup Timing: Specify the time and day you'll collect your order. We’ll hold it for a maximum of 5 days.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 hours for us to process your order before it’s ready for pickup. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Third-Party Pickup: If you’re arranging a third-party delivery rider to pick up your order, please inform us in advance. This helps us pack your order neatly and ensure everything is ready for pickup. Please only arrange for the rider once we notify you that the order is ready for pickup to avoid any confusion or delay.
- While we can pack your order for you if you choose to arrange your own rider, we highly recommend using our delivery service for a smoother delivery process and to ensure your order is delivered in the best condition possible.

- Last order for same-day pickup is at 5pm.

c) Peninsular Malaysia: Cold Shipping
We are now able to deliver chilled/frozen products to most areas in Peninsular Malaysia.
For KL/Selangor, same day delivery service is stated in point 2(a) above.
For areas outside KL/Selangor, we ship through our premium courier service, and in most cases, your order may arrive a day after shipping, or the 2nd or 3rd day after shipping if you're in a more remote area (including Langkawi).
We use styrofoam boxes and ice packs that stay cool for up to 48 hours so that your products arrive safely. It should be noted that frozen products may defrost in transit, depending on the distance and time taken for shipping. If the products are still frozen on arrival, you may pop them immediately in the freezer. However, if the products are already thawed, it is advisable to keep them in the fridge and use in a few days. We are not able to guarantee that products will arrive frozen/chilled since it is up to the courier service to handle the delivery.
Dry goods ordered will be packed separately and may arrive on a different time or day as the courier tries to prioritise cold shipping.
Important: Please make sure that you are at home on the delivery day to receive the products or you'll need to ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour! Second delivery attempt would not be possible!
Please specify delivery instructions in the notes section when you go through our online checkout. However, we cannot guarantee that any instructions provided will be followed by the courier.
Frozen/chilled orders can only be shipped by the courier from Monday to Wednesday. So, orders should be placed latest by 10am on Wednesday for same week delivery. Otherwise, shipment may be carried forward to the following week.
Delays may be caused due to public holidays. Customers will be updated via email when their parcels are scheduled to be dispatched with a tracking link.

d) Nationwide: Dry Shipping (Excludes Chilled & Frozen Items)
All dry products (not chilled & frozen items) are available for dry shipping nationwide (including East Malaysia). Products that are not suitable for dry shipping are mentioned on the product page description.
Shipping is calculated based on total weight.
Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. For East Malaysia, it can take up to 1-2 weeks.
Tracking will be provided after the order is processed.

Free Delivery (Peninsular Malaysia Only, for orders without chilled/frozen products)
- Free delivery is offered for orders above RM150 on a single receipt. The max weight for free shipping is 5kg. For orders heavier than 5kg and above RM150, reduced shipping price applies.
Please take note that when chocolates are added to the cart, an additional charge of RM3 will apply as chocolates require special packaging. This charge is added to the total even if the customer qualifies for free delivery. If more than 10 chocolates are added to the cart, a further RM3 will be added to the delivery charge.
No delivery over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/or Public Holidays.
Delays in delivering your order might occur due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disasters.
e) SHOPEE
If you are a frequent Shopee shopper, we have you covered! A select number of our products (non-chilled/non-frozen) are now available on the Shopee platform too. Click here to visit our Shopee store.
Note: If you are shipping to locations in KL & Selangor, we recommend purchasing through our website as we offer same day delivery and minimise wasteful packaging. As we are open everyday, we can send your products on any given day. Please read point 2(a) for all the details.
Shipping via Shopee's couriers may take a few days or up to one week under normal circumstances.
Please note, for all our shipping methods that are calculated based on weight, the higher of dimensional weight vs product weight is considered to determine the shipping charges.
f) GrabMart
We also provide the option to purchase some of our products via GrabMart for those who are within Grab's delivery radius for Kota Damansara.
If you're in Klang Valley and within Grab's delivery radius from our store in Kota Damansara, tapping this link using a mobile phone will redirect you to Vegan District Kota Damansara GrabMart.
However, if you're planning to place a big order, please do so via this online store instead of GrabMart because big and complex orders require more time, care and bigger packing materials to prepare and Grab riders will not be able to wait too long or hold all the items in their bags.
