Our extra melty cheeses are made from a base of organic soy milk. This adds some protein, nutrients, and creaminess to the cheese.
The difference between this and our classic (green label) cheeses is that it is more firm, and it also melts faster and more easily. It also stays melty/gooey longer than our classic cheese.
This vegan smoky cheddar style cheese is also flavorful and versatile! It is a stronger flavoured cheddar with a touch of smoky flavour.
Add it to some macaroni and nondairy milk for an instant mac’n’cheese!
It is awesome in grilled cheese sandwiches or on top of a “cheeseburger” style pizza.
Also great on sandwiches, burgers, chopped in salads, and wherever else you love a nice smoky cheddar!
