I start by melting vegan dark chocolate and blend it into a base of coconut cream and cashew milk. Gula Melaka is added for sweetness and extra flavour.
This is such a luscious and special ice cream! If I had to pick one of my ice creams to give to a non vegan, this would be it. They would seriously NEVER know that this isn’t dairy ice cream. This is actually one of my very favorite ice creams and reminds me of premium chocolate ice creams of expensive brands!
Ingredients: coconut milk, cashew milk, vegan Belgian chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), gula melaka, cocoa powder, natural vanilla extract (non alcohol), himalayan salt
