COOK FROM FROZEN.
For best results, cook in frying pan: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
Air-fryer: Place in the air-fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Braai/BBQ: Cook over hot coals for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Cooking Tip: Baste before & during braaing.
