Zero Vegetable Fat Premium Baking Chocolates.

An oat-based white coffee. Well balanced with smooth, cream texture and taste of oat with moderate sweetness. Perfect pairing for any fruit flavor. 

Usage: Perfect for blazing, baking, chocolate ganache, fillings. 

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, oat powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin (E322), and natural flavouring: vanilla.

How to temper the chocolate

1. Melt 2/3 of the chocolate you need using microwave. Place the chocolates in a bowl and put into the microwave. Remove the chocolate from microwave every 10-15 seconds and stir well. Repeat this procedure until chocolates are fully melted. 

2. Cool the melted chocolates by adding the 1/3 unmelted chocolates into the bowl and stir well. Continue to stir until all the chocolates are melted. The chocolates should be between 30-32 ℃ at this point.

3. To test the tempering quality, dip a spoon into the chocolates and leave it out for 3-5 minutes. It should set nicely without dull or streaks appearance and should not be liquid or tacky.
