Spring Onion Falafels are a flavourful and aromatic variation of the classic Middle Eastern dish. Spring onions contribute a mild onion flavor, while garlic adds a robust and aromatic element to the falafel mixture.
The dish is rich in fibre, protein and the nutrition from the fresh herbs and carrot. The combination of these herbs imparts a unique and refreshing flavor to the falafel, elevating it beyond the standard recipe.

Ingredients: Chickpeas, fresh spring onion, carrot, onion, garlic, pepper, cumin, peanut oil blend and salt.

Storage: Keep the unopened products frozen for safe consumption, as indicated on the packaging. Once opened, reseal and keep frozen for 1 month. OR Keep the products in a chilled state for safe consumption within 7 days.
Cooking instructions:
Prebaked. Cooked from frozen.
Pan Frying: Pan fry the falafels with oil at medium temperature until crunchy.
Air Fryer/Baking Oven: Air fry or bake the frozen falafels for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C until crispy outside.
Deep Frying: Simply deep fry the frozen falafels until it turns golden brown, crispy outside and tender inside.
