With 14g of Protein each, our Whole Wheat Bagels are a good source of Calcium, Iron, and Vitamin B3, as well as an excellent source of Vitamin B1. They are delicious, healthy bread great for sandwiches, deli meat and so much more.

Storage and Use:

• Unopened packages of Toufayan Bagels can be stored in the freezer for up to 8 months.
• Thaw frozen packages at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
• Once defrosted, your bagels are ready to eat and have a shelf life of 18 days.
• Toast to enhance flavour and get that crispy outside with a soft and chewy inside you’ll love.
