How to Enjoy
Best served hot with cucumber slices for a classic nasi lemak experience. Also pairs well with vegan curries, gravies or side dishes. For a fun variation, toss everything together in a pan to turn it into spicy nasi lemak fried rice.
Heating Instructions

Microwave: Cut the pouches. Transfer the rice to a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top. Add the sambal, omelette, peanuts and crispy slices on top of the rice. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes.

Steamer: Cut the pouches. Transfer the rice to a plate and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top. Add the sambal, omelette, peanuts and crispy slices on top of the rice. Steam on high for 5 minutes.

Air Fryer or Oven: Cut the pouches. Transfer the rice to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top. Add the sambal, peanuts, omelette and crispy slices on top of the rice. Heat on high for 1–2 minutes.
