How to Enjoy

Best served hot with fresh cucumber slices for a classic nasi lemak experience. For a heartier meal, pair it with your favourite vegan curry or side dish. You can also turn it into nasi lemak goreng by stir-frying everything together in a pan for an extra flavourful twist.

Heating Instructions

  • Microwave: Cut the pouches. Transfer the rice to a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top. Add the sambal, omelette, peanuts and crispy slices on top of the rice. Microwave on ‘high’ for 1–2 minutes.
  • Steamer: Cut the pouches. Transfer the rice to a plate and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top. Add the sambal, omelette, peanuts and crispy slices on top of the rice. Steam on ‘high’ for 5 minutes.
  • Air Fryer or Oven: Cut the pouches. Transfer the rice to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top. Add the sambal, peanuts, omelette and crispy slices on top of the rice. Heat on ‘high’ for 1–2 minutes.

Ingredients: Basmati rice, coconut milk, vegetable oil, dried chillies, onion, ginger, garlic, chickpea flour, mushroom slices, permitted flavour enhancer (MSG), wheat starch, rolled oats, grape seed oil, non-GMO textured soy protein, sesame seeds, pandan leaves, lemongrass, roasted peanuts, vegetable seasoning, tamarind, soy sauce, baking powder, nutritional yeast, flaxseeds, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, pepper powder, food gum, sesame oil, chilli powder, seaweed.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C.
