How to Enjoy
Cooking Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and add the contents of the tray. Stir for 1 minute.
- Add 7g of salt (or to taste). For extra depth of flavour, you may also add 50ml of white wine and allow it to evaporate.
- Gradually add 750ml of hot water, stirring continuously over medium heat until the risotto becomes creamy and reaches an al dente texture (about 25 minutes).
- Remove from the heat. If desired, stir in your favourite vegan Parmesan alternative for extra creaminess.
Per serving: Approximately 95g of risotto with 300ml of water.
Tip: Shake the tray before cooking to distribute the ingredients evenly.
