How to Enjoy
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan (approximately 26cm in diameter).
- Add the contents of the tray and stir briefly.
- Pour in 600ml of water or vegetable broth and add 1 teaspoon (6g) of salt, or to taste.
- Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish with your favourite vegan smoked cheese for extra richness, or garnish with fresh basil and cracked black pepper. Pair with a crisp green salad and toasted garlic bread for a complete meal.
