Description

Vegan smoked gouda cheese is an excellent snacking and cooking cheese.

This non-dairy cheese slices, grates, melts, and gets nice and gooey/stretchy!

This tangy mild snacking cheese is great on crackers with veggies or vegan salami.

It is also delicious on pasta, sandwiches, grilled cheese, casseroles, enchiladas, tacos, and more!

Ingredients:

Organic soymilk, organic refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, kappa carrageenan, liquid smoke, salt, vegan Worcestershire sauce, lactic acid, onion powder

*Organic soymilk is used as the base for this cheese.

*This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients. However, it is produced in a facility that also makes gluten containing products. Though we do our best to clean equipment, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.

All puns aside, this is legit YUM. Nice smoky flavour and slices and grates fantastically for a snack plate. Melts wonderfully too.
