Inspired by South Indian dry roast traditions, this Chick’n Dry Roast Masala features tender vegan chick’n coated in a deeply spiced, aromatic masala. Rich with curry leaves, whole spices, and a hint of heat, it delivers a bold, dry-style dish that’s intensely flavourful and satisfying.

How to Enjoy

Best served hot with steamed rice or chapati for a satisfying, flavour-packed meal.

For more creative options, use it as a filling for wraps or toasted buns, or incorporate it into pasta, lasagna, pizza, or even a savoury pot pie. For a richer twist, mix it with coconut cream or coconut yoghurt to create an Indian-inspired “marry me”-style pasta.

Heating Instructions:

Cut the pouch. Allow the contents to thaw for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature, then re-heat using any of the methods below.

  1. Microwave. Transfer the contents to a microwave-safe dish. Add ¼ cup water and microwave on ‘high’ for 1 minute. 
  2. Stove-top. Transfer the contents to a pan. Add ¼ cup water and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring occasionally. 
  3. Air fryer or Oven. Transfer the contents to an oven-safe dish. Add ¼ cup water and heat at 160 ℃ for 2-3 minutes.

Vegan Chicken (Isolated Soy Protein, Textured Vegetable Protein Soya, wheat gluten, sugar, salt, five spice powder), onion, ginger, garlic, cooking oil (palm oil), brown sugar, soy sauce, coriander leaves, red chilli, fennel, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamoms, curry leaves, salt

Storage:  Keep Frozen at -18 ℃ 

Serving Suggestions: Best served with rice or chapati.
