An excellent source of protein, containing essential amino acids. Rich in B-complex vitamins including B12, phosphorus and a good source of folic acid.
Usage: Because of its cheesy flavour, it may be used as a cheese replacement in pasta, pizza, popcorn and bread. Sprinkle on cereals, salads, tofu and rice. Add to juices or soups.
Can’t live without it and has great taste. I’ve tried some nutritional yeast where the flavour is a bit off. This is perfect!
