Key Highlights

  • Vegan Thai green curry paste
  • Made with 37% green chilli for its distinctive colour and mild chilli heat

  • Convenient base for curries, sauces, dressings, dips and fusion dishes
  • Carton contains 12 jars of 220g each

How to Enjoy

For the best flavour, sauté the paste in a little oil or coconut milk over medium heat until fragrant before adding other ingredients. Cooking the paste first helps release its aromas and avoids an overly raw curry-paste flavour.

  • Classic vegan green curry: For approximately 2 servings, sauté 2 tbsp paste in 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Slowly stir in 400ml coconut milk and 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and tofu, tempeh, mushrooms or vegan meat, then cook until tender. Season with around 1 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt to taste. Finish with sweet basil and fresh red chilli if desired, and serve with steamed rice.
  • Green curry lasagna: Sauté the paste, then cook with vegan mince and vegetables. Layer with lasagna sheets and a creamy plant-based sauce.
  • Green curry guacamole: Briefly sauté a small amount of paste and cool completely before mixing into mashed avocado with lime and fresh herbs.
  • Bhajis or fritters: Sauté the paste and cool before adding a small amount to vegetable batter.
  • Thai-inspired green goddess dressing: Cook the paste and cool completely, then blend with fresh herbs, lime and a creamy plant-based base such as silken tofu. Add nutritional yeast for extra savoury depth if desired.

Ingredients: Green Chilli 37%, Lemongrass, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Peel, Spices (Coriander Seed, Fennel, Pepper, Turmeric Powder).

Allergen Information: No common allergens are listed in the provided ingredients. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to a particular herb or spice, please check the ingredient list carefully before consuming.
