This vegan provolone style cheese is tasty and versatile! It is like a stronger flavoured mozzarella with a touch of smoky flavour. It slices, grates, melts and stretches. Add it to your favorite pizza base (above or below the toppings) and bake at 230ºC for 12-15 minutes for a perfect pizza! (temp and time vary depending on your individual oven). This cheese is also awesome grated on top of pasta, lasagna, in a grilled cheese sandwich, mac and cheese, and much more!
