This is as close to home cooked food I will get! The best part - I can have it anytime I want and it's fresh! Tastes like the Chapatis my mom used to make!

Sweetness, spiciness, tanginess - all subtle, yet perfectly balanced. I didn’t realise I needed this chutney in my life until now. I have already finished two bottles, and for the past two weeks!
And I have been resisting opening the third!
It pairs beautifully with a regular salad or a tuna salad when mayo isn’t available. Even when I do use mayo, I generously add a spoonful of this chutney. Sometimes I simply enjoy it with carrots and cucumbers.
My current favourite is Tea-time crackers paired with this chutney! An absolute delight.
A scoop of it can turn even bland wraps into something irresistible.
For bachelors, it’s an absolute blessing. Too lazy to cook? Just some crackers or veggies with this chutney can count as a full meal!
This brand is my favourite; no bloating, no aftertaste, not perfect salt level. Their refried beans is also good.
I do not like pickled veggies, but this brand surprisingly has very good pickled jalapenos. They are not too sour. Also, no aftertaste.

The flavour is unique, and these are the best stuffed rotis I have found in Malaysia. Not sweet.
You can reheat this in the oven / stove top / air fryer. No need to thaw them.
Spice Route’s Sri Lankan pineapple chutney is outrageously good - the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and gently spiced with just enough kick to keep things interesting. It’s one of those jars you open “just for a taste” and suddenly half of it’s gone.
It works with everything - spooned over chaat, alongside curries, or (slightly unexpectedly) in a cheese sandwich where it absolutely slaps. That sweet-sharp contrast with something savoury is just next level.
All of Spice Route’s chutneys are brilliant, but this one has firmly taken top spot in our house - my son is currently obsessed and will add it to pretty much anything he can get away with.
If you try one thing, make it this - it’s a total game changer.
Spice Route’s Sri Lankan vegetable cutlets are an absolute flavour bomb - crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced and comforting on the inside. They’re ridiculously versatile too: just as good as a quick snack as they are tucked into a wrap or served alongside a full Sri Lankan feast with coconut roti.
They’ve become a bit of a staple in our house - my son is obsessed and happily takes them in his packed lunch, which says everything really. Paired with Spice Route’s Sri Lankan pineapple chutney, they level up into something seriously special - that sweet, tangy kick with the warmth of the cutlets is just 👌.
They also saved me the other week when friends dropped by unexpectedly to break fast - I pulled a batch straight from the freezer, cooked them up in minutes, added a few of Spice Route’s chutneys on the side… and suddenly I looked like I had my life completely together. Domestic goddess energy, fully accidental.
Honestly, Spice Route is such a brilliant addition to the Vegan District - proper, flavour-packed food that makes life easier without compromising on taste. Their gift boxes are also a winner - I brought one along to an open house recently and it was the perfect, slightly smug gift.
Genuinely can’t recommend enough - try them, you’ll be hooked.
This is such a versatile product-great for adding flavour to a grilled cheese sandwich or delicious with eggs, perfect for rice and curry. Such a good product, as always by Spice Route!
It was my first time for vegan kefir. It is both very delicious and veryy helpful for digestion. I extremly recommend it!

Established in 2019, Vegan District is Malaysia’s first vegan grocer. As a vegan-owned business, we love the products we sell and do what we do for the animals.
After 7 years in Kota Damansara, we have moved our outlet and it is currently undergoing renovations.
