This delicious and healthy ready-to-eat green mung dhall dish is perfect for both vegans and vegetarians as it contains no dairy, eggs, lactose, onion or garlic. With a tempting blend of whole green mung beans, split chickpeas and a variety of flavourful spices, this dish is a true work of art for the palate. Just heat up according to the instructions and enjoy.
Ingredients: Whole green mung beans, split chickpeas, tomato, ginger, carrot, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mustard seeds, cumin, curry powder, coriander, turmeric, salt, vegetable seasoning, brown sugar, coriander leaves, vegetable oil (palm), red chilli.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C.
Heating instructions:
- Cut the pouch. Allow the contents to thaw for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature, then re-heat using any of the methods below.
- Best served with chapati or rice.
- Microwave: Transfer the contents to a microwave-safe dish. Add ¼ cup water and microwave on ‘high’ for 1 minute.
- Stove-top: Transfer the contents to a pan. Add ¼ cup water and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Air fryer or Oven: Transfer the contents to an oven-safe dish. Add ¼ cup water and heat at 160 ℃ for 2-3 minutes.
