Fry's Golden Crumbed Schnitzels 320g

Oh wow, these schnitzels are too good to be true! And we can be sure of that because they're vegan, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can braai, fry, grill, bake them - or put them in the toaster! Serve with steamed veggies, sticky rice and a dash of lemon zest for a high protein meal.

Ingredients: 

Crumb: Wheat (Gluten) Flour, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Seed). 

Schnitzel: Vegetable Protein (Soya, Wheat (Gluten)), Flavouring (Onion, Pepper, Maize Starch, Anti-Caking Agent (E551), Savoury Flavour, Citric Acid), Potato Starch, Garlic, Rosemary, Marjoram, Sage, Mustard, Maize Starch, Thickener (Methyl Cellulose), Ground Coriander (Sulphites), Onion, Salt, Plant Fibre, Colourant: Caramel IV (E150d), Red Iron Oxide.

Allergens: Wheat · Gluten · Soya · Mustard · Sulphites.

Cooking instructions:

COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FROM PACKAGING. For best results cook under grill or in the air-fryer.

Grill: Place 15-20 cm under a preheated hot grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once.

Air-fryer: Place in the air-fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Frying pan: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place on oven tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. turning once. Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture. OVENS VARY. THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE GUIDES ONLY.
