Moist, medium soft and firm texture. Baked with chewy crystalized ginger and sweet woody cinnamon. Combination of ginger and cinnamon is said to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidants effects. Good healthy choice of cookies that does not have the usual gingery or spicy aftertaste.
