Seitan's Kitchen Curry Devil Charcoal Pizza 9"

A tribute to the young chef's love for her Portuguese Eurasian (Kristang) roots, veganism and innovative fusion of cuisines, this homemade vegan pizza features a veganised Curry Devil base on a charcoal pizza crust with sauteed minced mushrooms, veggies and homemade vegan cheeze. Vegan Kristang food is surely a rare find but Seitan's Kitchen offers it in a fun way!

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, vital wheat gluten, yeast, sugar, vegetable oil, charcoal powder, soy milk, nutritional yeast, tapioca flour, garlic powder, onions, garlic, candlenuts, coriander seeds, dried red chillies, turmeric powder, yellow mustard, vinegar, mustard seeds, vegetable stock, potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, chickpeas, soy sauce, cilantro.

Allergens: Contains wheat gluten, soy, nuts, mustard, spices.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220 ℃. Bake frozen pizza for 9-11 minutes till golden brown.
