Pumpkin oat milk shaken espresso by the lovely @trangskitchentable 🎃☕️ 2oz espresso ½ cup chilled Evaporated Oat Milk 3 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp pumpkin puree ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice Ice In a jar or shaker, add your hot espresso and brown sugar. Stir to dissolve. Add ice and pumpkin puree and shake until frothy. Pour over a cup filled with ice. In another cup, add your chilled oat milk and pumpkin pie spice. Froth until doubled in size. Pour over your shaken espresso. Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy immediately
