Cooking options:

Air-fry from frozen at 160°C for 10-12 minutes, until desired colour is achieved.
- Bake from frozen at 190°C for 12-14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 74°C.
- Thaw for 15 minutes before pan-frying. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and pan-fry each side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat or until desired colour is achieved.
