Description

Montanara is a tomato sauce made with mushrooms and herbs. CONTAINS ALCOHOL.

This sauce captures the flavors of the Italian Alps. It is great with long and flat pasta type like pappardelle or tagliatelle, but works well also with short type pasta like fusilli.

No sugar and no sweeteners added. Coppola's secret? 83% Italian tomatoes. 

Gluten free certified, all natural, dairy and starch free. Plastic free. Packed in glass jars with BPA free lid.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp 76%, mushrooms, tomato paste, water, olive oil, salt, garlic, white wine, basil, parsley, rosemary, natural aroma.

Directions: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over hot drained pasta, serve and enjoy.
