Summer Treat ~ Mango & Coconut Sago by @nm_meiyee 🧡 🥭3 - ingredients | vegan 🥭 Ingredients 1/3 cup sago ( tapioca pearls) 1 can @naturescharm evaporated coconut milk *refrigerated 2 cups fresh mango purée Topping Fresh Mango, cut into cubes In a large pot, bring about 5 cups water to a boil add the sago. Stirring to prevent sticking. Continue cooking on medium heat for 6-7 mins. Cover with lid and let simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover with lid, let sit for 15 minutes. Drain the sago with cool water. To serve, Divide mango purée into serving glass, top with sago, @naturescharm evaporated coconut milk. Garnish with fresh mangoes before serving. Enjoy.
