How to Enjoy

• Air-Fry: Cook from frozen at 160°C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
• Bake: Bake from frozen at 190°C for 12–14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 74°C.
• Pan-Fry: Thaw for 15 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and pan-fry each side for 2–3 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
• Serving Ideas: Serve hot with vegan mayo or vegan tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or chilli sauce for an easy appetiser or snack. These crab-style cakes also pair well with salads, fries, pasta, burgers, or grain bowls for a satisfying plant-based meal.
