Not to be mistaken with kurma (dates), this kurma curry mix is a distinct blend of unadulterated spices and herbs that lends its signature mildly spicy yet rich and creamy flavour when cooked with coconut cream, dairy-free yoghurt or dairy-free mylk on top of veggies and tofu/tempeh/mushroom/vegan meats.
