Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, water, sugar, wheat gluten, yeast, contains 2% or less of: salt, malted barley flour, molasses, wheat starch, mono- and diglycerides, ammonium chloride, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), calcium sulfate, guar gum, corn syrup solids, soybean oil, ascorbic acid, cornstarch, calcium phosphate, cellulose gum, datem, preservatives (calcium propionate, potassium sorbate).
Storage and Use:
- Unopened packages of Toufayan Bagels can be stored in the freezer for up to 8 months.
- Thaw frozen packages at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
- Once defrosted, your bagels are ready to eat and have a shelf life of 18 days.
