Description

Pinxin incorporates Tzu Chi's blend of twenty-two grains and various ingredients to simmer the soup base, creating a cholesterol-free version of Penang's must-try street food, Hokkien Mee!

All Pinxin products are vegan (have no animal products) and have no pungent spices (in other words, no onion no garlic).

Ingredients: Red chili, kombu, mixed grain powder, organic cane sugar, low-sodium lake salt, vegetarian oyster sauce (made from mushrooms), and mushroom powder.

Serving size: 4-5 servings.

Storage: Packed in a glass bottle, it can be stored up to 12 months at room temperature. Once opened, please keep it refrigerated for up to 3 months.

Recommended Recipe:

  • 3 tbsp paste (70g)
  • 250ml water

Cooking Method:

  1. Boil 250ml of water.
  2. Add 70g (3 tbsp) of paste into the boiling water.
  3. Add in your preferred ingredients.
  4. Cook until its boiling.
  5. Pour soup onto noodles or serve as it is. Enjoy!
