Fitwell Organic Instant Rolled Oats 500g

Fitwell's rolled oats are produced by combining state-of-the-art systems with traditional methods to produce high-quality oats. In the process of rolled oats , groats are first steamed, then rolled flat into flakes.

These organic Instant Rolled Oats are flaked slightly thinner than quick rolled oats to cook even faster, it can be prepared just by adding hot water. Organic instant rolled oats provide a rich oat flavour to a variety of common products such as granola bars, cookies, muffins, cereals, and beverages. 

Ingredients: Organic Instant Rolled Oats.

Preparation Method : Add 125ml (1/2 cup) hot water and a pinch of salt in 35g (1/4 cup) organic instant rolled oats. Stir well and served.
