These mini patties also known as cutlets are made with whole food functional and immune booster ingredients. No ultra processed ingredients used.
No fillers, no added chemical or artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives. No strong smelling 5 acrid vegetables (no onion, garlic, celery, asafoetida, etc).
Ingredients: Carrots, Potatoes, Chickpeas, Black Beans, Shiitake Mushroom, Organic Rolled Oats, *Vegetarian Curry Paste (15%), Peanut Oil Blend, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Organic Psyllium Husk, Organic Flaxseed and Natural Salt.
*Vegetarian Curry Paste: Lemon Grass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Galangal, Palm Oil and Salt.
Allergens: Contains oats and nuts.
Storage: Keep the unopened products frozen for safe consumption, as indicated on the packaging. Once opened, reseal and keep frozen for 3 months.
Cooking Instructions (Without thawing):
Air Fryer: Cook the patties in an air fryer until crispy outside at 160°C for about 15 mins or more. Flipping or turning is not necessary.
Baking Oven: Cook the patties in a baking oven at 180°C for about 15 mins or more. Time and settings may vary by oven.
Pan Fry: Shallow fry the patties at low to medium temperature/ heat.
