Fragrant and eye-catching, Pandan Swirl cookies pair a lightly crisp green swirl with palm sugar and coconut. Finished with little pieces of toasted coconut, they bring a familiar Malaysian flavour and a splash of colour to the Deepavali cookie spread.

What’s in the jar: Approximately 50 cookies, packed in a reusable jar.

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, sugar, vegan butter, pandan Emulco, coconut cream, palm sugar, shaved coconut pieces.
