Preparation:

oven bake or air-fry (for crusty and crispy): Preheat the oven at 150°C for 5 minutes, sprinkle the muffins with water and bake at 150°C for 3-5 minutes.

steam (for soft and chewy): Add water to the steaming pot, place buns inside, cover with lid and steam for 2 minutes.
