Radiant Organic Coconut Flour is wheat-free, gluten-free, and high in fibre, protein, and healthy fats. It is made by dehydrating and finely grinding coconut flesh after the oil has been extracted.
It has no added preservatives and is non-GMO. It is also low in sugar, digestible carbohydrates and calories, and has a low glycemic index.
Good for baked goods and can be used as a partial replacement in any recipe calling for regular flour. For baking and cooking, substitute 10-30% of regular flour for coconut flour to add extra fibre and aroma.

How to Use:
- Coconut flour can be added to or sprinkled over porridge, chia puddings, cereal, dairy-free yoghurt, fruit salad, smoothies and smoothie/acai bowls/nice cream.
- Use coconut flour to coat banana blossom before grilling.
- Stir into curries and soups.
- Coconut flour can be used to replace up to 1/3 of plain wheat flour in baking recipes, however about an equal amount of extra liquid will also be needed. Alternatively, pair equal parts coconut flour and quinoa flour with almond or hazelnut meal for the wonderful cake and muffin mixes.
- Organic coconut flour can also be used to make a beautiful pie crust, think tangy lemon or lime tarts.
