Description

Queen Jel-it-In turns out to be a vegan alternative to gelatine. Jel-it-in can be used in sweet and savoury recipes including panna cotta, jelly and pies. Fast-acting, your recipes will set quickly at room temperature and will hold shape out of the fridge. 

Notes: Unfortunately Jel-in-in is not suitable for making marshmallows or jam. View Queen's tips section for more information on how to cook with Queen Jel-it-In. And Jel-it-in is an alternative to gelatine, not a substitute thus some recipes such as cheesecake may need some modifying to achieve desired results.
