Description

These savoury beefy style vegan crumbles are extremely versatile! They are precooked but taste best when they have been sautéed before using them in a recipe. Dice up an onion (and garlic and/or mushrooms if you wish) and cook the crumbles in 1-2T oil until lightly browned. Then add the rest of your ingredients. These work awesome in:

  • Sloppy Joes
  • Spaghetti Bolognese
  • Shepherd’s Pie
  • Taco or Burrito Filling
  • Beefy Stroganoff
  • Macaroni Dishes
  • Casseroles
  • anywhere you would have used ground meat

Keep in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for several months. No MSG, all-natural ingredients!

Ingredients:

vital wheat gluten, filtered water, chickpea flour, soy sauce, sunflower oil, onion powder, vegan Worcestershire sauce and/or marmite, himalayan salt
