Description

Radiant's Nutritional Yeast is not made from by-products of breweries, and distilleries (like brewer's yeast). Instead, it is grown from mixtures of cane and beet molasses.

Nutritional Yeast is an excellent source of protein, containing 18 essential amino acids and 15 minerals. It is rich in B-complex vitamins including B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), phosphorus, B9 (folic acid) and naturally occurring B12.

How To Use: Because of its cheesy flavour, it may be used as a cheese replacement in pasta, pizza, sauces, soups, salads, tofu, rice, popcorn and bread.

Ingredient: Mixtures of cane and beet molasses.
