Instructions:

1. Pour 1.3 litres of water into a hot pot.
2. Add the kimchi and sauce.
3. Cook it for 10 minutes.
4. Add your favourite ingredients such as vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, plant-based meats (like mini chipolatas), etc.

Ingredients

Vegetarian Kimchi:
Napa cabbage, apples, pears, radish, carrot, water, chilli powder, soy sauce, fermented soybeans, glutinous rice flour, ginger, sugar, chilli flakes, chilli, seaweed, and salt.

Sauce:
Sesame oil, water, chili powder, fermented soybeans, sugar, glutinous rice flour, soy sauce, wheat flour, and salt.
