Description

Traditionally hand made from organic unbleached plain flour, spinach, sea salt and filtered water, It is natural that it is brittle. Has dietary fibre, protein, vitamin A, C, E and iron. Rich in complex carbohydrates and low in saturated fats and sodium. Nutritious and delicious with vegetable or miso soup.

  • No preservatives,
  • No bleaching and
  • No colouring is used in the making of this noodle.
  • No additives are added to make the noodles less brittle.

Can be cooked in 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Organic unbleached plain flour, spinach, sea salt, and filtered water.
