Gusto jams and spreads are more fruit-based and lower in sugar content, so they have a softer texture instead of the jelly texture seen in other commercial jams.

Ingredients: Pineapple, orange pulp and peel, brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, fruit pectin. May contain an occasional seed.

Pectin is a natural substance contained in the core and skins of fruits – it has binding capabilities and it represents the gelling agent used to make jam.

Storage: Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1-2 months.
