Japanese Restaurant Style Miso-Cup® is born from ancient wisdom, combined with advancements in packaging technology. Edward & Sons' miso craftsmen age certified organic soybeans with rice "koji", which is organic rice made "active" by a traditional starter culture. Sea salt regulates this aging process, which, in time, yields rich and flavorful organic miso.

Onion, yeast, mushroom and seaweed extracts tastefully enhance complex miso flavors, while a tiny amount of alcohol naturally protects shelf life. This Miso-Cup Soft-Pack is designed to offer you on-the-go convenience while retaining the incomparable taste of fresh miso soup. Suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets; free from cholesterol and trans fat.

Miso-Cup Soft-Pack: Organic Miso (Water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Rice, Salt, Yeast, Koji Culture [Aspergillus Oryzae]), Water, Kelp Extract, Alcohol, Shiitake Mushroom Extract, Yeast Extract Powder, Onion Powder, Salt.
