Red curry paste is made by pounding together dried red chilli, lemongrass, garlic, shallot and galangal. Its texture is thick, rich in flavour with a hint of spiciness.

Our Red Curry Paste is packed with authentic flavours for you to experiment with at home. Add your plant-based protein, vegetables, and coconut milk and enjoy a taste of Thailand at home! You can even use it to season marinades, fried rice, stir-fry veggies and stuffings.

I like the curry paste from Blue Elephant. Taste good especially cook with coconut milk. Must try!
