Ingredients: Flour, Wholemeal, Sourdough, Water, Syrup, Salt, Yeast.
Storage: Keep frozen until you steam or bake. Avoid thawing and refreezing multiple times to maintain quality.
Preparation:
a. steam (for soft and chewy): Add water to the steaming pot, place buns inside, cover with lid and steam for 2 minutes.
b. oven bake (for crusty and crispy): Preheat the oven at 150°C for 5 minutes, sprinkle the buns with water and bake at 150°C for 3-5 minutes.
