Evaporated Coconut is a versatile ingredient that can add body to smoothies, thickness and sweetness to coffee, enhance the flavor of creamy soups and chowders, as well as savory sauces and even oatmeal. In addition, it can also be used as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk in various desserts, making it a must-have for any kitchen.

Ingredients: Oat Milk (Water, Oats 20%), Virgin Coconut Oil, Coconut Sugar, Stabilizer (Guar Gum), Sea Salt.

Pumpkin oat milk shaken espresso by the lovely @trangskitchentable 🎃☕️

2oz espresso
½ cup chilled Evaporated Oat Milk
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Ice

In a jar or shaker, add your hot espresso and brown sugar. Stir to dissolve. Add ice and pumpkin puree and shake until frothy. Pour over a cup filled with ice.
In another cup, add your chilled oat milk and pumpkin pie spice. Froth until doubled in size. Pour over your shaken espresso. Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice.
Enjoy immediately

That's all you need to know! Healthy dairy-free ingredients, nice evaporated milk taste - what's not to like?

Taste GOOD

Taste and texture is nice and similar to a dairy evaporated milk BUT this is very much healthier substitute to dairy milk. Will buy again.

Good dairy substitute

The flavour is subtle, not too sweet and the texture is just perfect. This one I like to use for cooking creamy dishes, compared to the coconut version which doesn't work for a lot of Italian-style dishes (coconut flavour and Italian food, wut?)
