These savoury fiesta-style vegan crumbles have some Mexican spices and are extremely versatile! They are precooked but taste best when they have been sautéed before using them in a recipe. Dice up an onion (and garlic and/or mushrooms if you wish) and cook the crumbles in 1-2T oil until lightly browned. Then add the rest of your ingredients. These work awesome in:

- Nachos
- Burrito Filling
- Chili
- Macaroni Dishes
- Casseroles
- anywhere you would have used ground meat
