Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week once thawed, or store frozen for several months.
Ingredients: Vital wheat gluten, filtered water, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, chickpea flour, onion powder, sunflower oil, black pepper, liquid smoke, spices, herbs, and salt.

How to Enjoy
Serve as a hearty vegan roast alongside mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, gravy, and greens for comforting home-style meals.
For a richer roast-style flavour and firmer texture, place the roast in a baking dish and coat lightly with oil, soy sauce, herbs, spices, or black pepper as desired. Cover loosely with foil and roast at 170°C for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Remove the foil near the end for a slightly firmer outer texture.
Slice thinly for sandwiches, wraps, salads, and platters, or enjoy in fried rice, pasta dishes, rice meals, and stir-fries.
