How to Enjoy
Serve with crackers, toasted bread, nuts, olives, or fresh fruit for an easy snack platter or appetiser board. Bring to room temperature for a softer, creamier texture that spreads beautifully onto bread and crackers.
Bake in puff pastry or phyllo dough for a warm gooey centre, or add slices onto pizzas, grilled sandwiches, burgers, and baked dishes.
Because of its soft texture, it is best sliced or cubed rather than grated. For grating, freeze briefly before shredding.
