How to Enjoy
Bring 500ml of water to a boil. Add the soup mix powder and boil for 1 minute. Add the noodles and simmer for 4–5 minutes. Transfer the cooked noodles and soup to a serving bowl, then add the fried cabbage and textured vegetable protein. Mix well before serving.
Enjoy as it is, or add boiled or steamed bok choy or other green vegetables, stir-fried mushrooms, fried tofu skin or tofu puffs. For something extra on the side, try crispy fried tempeh, fried seaweed, pickled green chilli, pickled vegetables, vegan sambal, chilli sauce or Sriracha.
