This refreshing non-alcoholic bubbles is made with early harvest Cabernet grapes. It has a delicious nose of fresh strawberries, a lively middle palate, and finishes with lovely Turkish delight notes. Its stunning ruby colour will ensure it is the star of any ice bucket at your special festive celebrations!

The single-serve bottle is so convenient to pop on ice in the esky (ice box) when heading out for a day at the beach or a picnic in the park.

It’s best enjoyed super chilled. Maggie suggests popping it in the freezer 20 minutes before opening. The chilling down of the Sparkling Ruby Cabernet will allow for the complexity of flavour to be maintained.

Sparkling Ruby Cabernet makes a delicious ‘adult’ ice block or a wonderfully fresh granita. To jazz things up add a splash of gin!
